REPLY {PREORDER}

[X] Please take note that you shall be aware that the item you ordered are under the {PREORDER} basis. Where it shall take
for about 3 to 4 weeks time for the items to reach you because all the stocks are taken directly from China/selected factory outlet from other countries.
Below are the process flow of the {preorder} item from China/factory/warehouses to MALAYSIA.
1. We will open order for 1 week time. Kindly ask for our assistant regarding the stocks availability and further details including colors , materials , sizes etc .
Once you have decided to order , kindly submit your order using the order form /order format given and wait for our reply .
2. Once preorder closed, we will submit all the orders to our agent based in China. The agent will go through all orders
and check on the availability of the item.
3.If there are no problem with the stocks, order can be proceed and submitted to the major suppliers.
4. Our products are normally taken from various suppliers. Hence, we need to wait for all items ordered from all suppliers to reach
our warehouse at China. This might take few days as the suppliers need to sort out all the order before shipped it out .
5.Once all items reached the warehouse, our agents will start repacking all the items received from all suppliers and pack it to be in one parcel.
This is to reduce the shipping charges.
6. When all the packaging process are done, our agent will shipped it to Malaysia. Might takes about 3-5 days depending on the weather,technical and other related factors.
7.Once items reached us, we will need to sort out all orders accordingly and ready to deliver it straight to your doorsteps. This might take about 2-3 days.
So, the estimated time for the items to reached you is at least 3 to 4 weeks . Any further delay will be inform from time to time as we cannot ensure that things gonna turn out to be great everytime . right? :)
Now, if you're aware about this {PREORDER} system , you may proceed with the payment as that any further complaints regarding the preorder duration will not be entertained.
